    It’s a strange one we have enough laws and regulations grinding us down now. But sure we have all known some one caught by the big C caused by smoking. I would be pretty sure when they got the news if they could have turned back time and never smoked and had longer life with there families they would have jumped at the chance. So if the choice had been taken out of there hands you think that would be good thing for all concerned. But again it’s freedom of choice. But as a life saver you would have to think it would be a good measure. Unlike that bellend and his 20mph shite

  8. Bit of an experiment after watching folks on YouTube. Smoked mullet dip. Have it during week on toast jacket spud or some thing. Quite nice. Lobbed bit on couple crackers for sample

  12. Mullet. Hot smoke in the Weber kettle. Never used barbecue in all me life bit of a knack it seems. Thin ends dried out bit but grand daughter loved it so I am doing it again apparently. Going add tray of water in next time seems to be the thing on YouTube

    Or just ask your local metal guy to knock couple up. For a gate net though I just use couple wood pegs though they don’t handle stoney rock hard gateways well but you can all ways manage as a rule and find somewhere to pop them in or tie to something
  16. Out of interest Borr what would be the problem with a 13 hour cook ? Not that I have any thing that ambitious in mind. I just want smoke couple mullet lol

  18. I been watching videos where they smoke brisket and all sorts. As you say not a smoker as such though
  19. I want to smoke few fish this year so started googling and came across Webers being mentioned a lot. There’s one local 20 quid so for that price worth a go. Never been a barbecue guy but they seem versatile things. Now I am going to have figure out all this charcoal and wood chips lark any tips welcome
