  1. The gene pool stopped long ago.
  2. A standard 10/22 with 18.5" barrel is 23" from the muzzle to the trigger, so I'm hoping the rest of it would add over an inch. I'll do detailed measurements to be sure though..
  3. You seem to have taken a lot of pictures of a dog you'd be ashamed to walk out. Maybe you could dye her to match your ensemble of the day.
  4. I'm looking at buying a Butler Creek folding stock for a Ruger 10/22. The Butler Creek website doesn't ship to the U.K. and the only ones I've seen for sale here are either welded open or ridiculously expensive. My sister lives in California. What would be the legalites involved of her buying one for me and sending it to me as an early Xmas present? Failing that if we go to see her before Xmas, would I be able to buy one there and bring it back? Any advice much appreciated.
  5. Some old dear saw my ridgeback killing a squirrel up the park. She was quite interested in her "hunting prowess" and asked me what she was crossed with. I said she was 100% ridgeback and this lady said "Oh I didn't know they hunted small stuff. I thought they only hunted lions." Next time I see a lion up the park, I'll keep you updated.
  6. The Daily Star said he isn't dead and that he's working in a fish and chip shop in Barnsley. Must be true if it's in the paper.
  7. If it's a brick or block wall, the frame will be screwed into it using "frame fixers" which are basically just long screws in long rawlplugs. You probably wont be able to see where they were screwed as they would have been filled and painted over in the frame.
  8. Let's hope they're out in time to sign on.
