    gnasher you seem to know ye shit about this weight training malarky i have never lifted a weight in me life unless ye count a bag a bunnys or an old lamp battery i do loads a cardio with an without the dogs, would these suplements help put weight on even if you still do a lot of cardio an no weights my wife always telling me i could be doing with a bit of weight, but my mate who was me pti in army says i have just found me natural weight so will supllements work??

    i have 6, 4 jills, 2 teams of 2, can swap a team midday if im hard at em or take a team a day for general ferretin, i also have 2 hobs that have jacked here, they have done well in the past so i cant bring meself to pan them

    same here now out in north nottinghamshire now weve had light snow on and of all morning but nothing now and only had a dusting A mate of mine that lives north notts area got the snow bad last year. Put his business on hold for a few weeks, he was having to do everything in his 110 landy, take the kids to school, take his men to the jobs etc etc. Apparantly got quite bad past Mansfield.... See what's in store for us this year........ It did mate we had a good 2ft i live just past mansfield dont know why but we alway's get it bad Have you got a spare kennel for me to live in

    iv seen 1st crosses as small as 15 inches with the worst patchy hair doo ye ever seen lol, wee dog was awrite at ferreting hedges an such but was too small be of any real purpose, seen another which was barely 17 ats, an wasnt best impressed with it either to be honest, i have seen a few level out about 19/20 an they seemed a bit handier, you say the whippet courses an the beddy rats, well thats about as much as they do in this country mate, so dont let anybody kid ye that they aint from workers

    i have tried a good few lamps now, an the best by a country mile are the lighforce, either the striker or blitz depending on the size a the fields ye will run, i know they pricey but once ye got them an had a tinker to make them fault proof, they realy do take some beating, so rather than waste money on cheaper lamps, id buy 1 a them 1st, battery depends on yous, i liek the lithium uns, nice an light as i lamp on foot, bunnys soon get used to a lamp after seeing 1, so its best to catch them before they know what 1 is lol, filter do work, but they aint some magic thing you put on lamp an bunnys
