Good little book on racing. -
Fried a sirloin steak in butter, then sliced it and dropped takaway mushrooms, egg fried rice and curry sauce on it. Really enjoyed that for a change.

Chicken thigh curry in slow cooker, then adding more stuff. Just small tinned spuds at the end.

It was mate, very tasty and a few portions gone in freezer for ready meals.

Thanks, yes mate it thickens with green lentils in it and if not enough then some gravy granules at the end. We usually have it with mashed potatoes.
