    Fried a sirloin steak in butter, then sliced it and dropped takaway mushrooms, egg fried rice and curry sauce on it. Really enjoyed that for a change.

    Chicken thigh curry in slow cooker, then adding more stuff. Just small tinned spuds at the end.

    Thanks, yes mate it thickens with green lentils in it and if not enough then some gravy granules at the end. We usually have it with mashed potatoes.

    Just curious but where did you hear that about still pictures not being good evidence?

    Beef, onions,carrots,butternut squash,celery, sweet potatoes n garlic in slow cooker.

    Very few people would guess that anyone would ever carry a catalogue of evidence against themselves around with them, but they do and it all comes down to bragging and ego.

    Poorly presented but very tasty cottage pie tv dinner. Mash has been buried with more filling. I like them to contain a lot of meat.

    Prefer negative news!!! I should have guessed. If it had been a blanket ban there would be pages of replies. Predictable but sad.

    Not in stone but its looking better. It is the Health n safety executive expressing this opinion but we'll see.
