    i agree mate,my pup did this,he knew if he whined id be out,so in the end i ignored him,hard to do ,but its worked,whine/attention,whine/attention dogs are very crafty

    a bucket of water,or hosepipe rigged up works just as good,these collars have to be used wisely,know someone who used the spray collar,and it worked a treat,untill he forgot to take it off and dog fell asleep,as normal dog in its dreams starts whimpering/off goes the spray,dog shoots up shitting it self,...that dog was a nervous wreck for sometime after that....so theres good an bad about the collars......

    hi mate keep taking her ,often the better,mine was the same ,if you whent boo he would have jumped a mile,he is now coming up for 9mnths an he is brill with the gun,very steady..you only get out what you put in mate,so carry on doing what your doing

    Bitch is 24 1/2" and 22kgs and dog is 26" and 25kgs. Yea she was spot one start to finish! Just can't wait to see em grow n start earning there keep haha ! just weighed jip today,58pnds,26 kgs,so there about the same mate.... Yea not much in it mate! We wil have to meet up next season i will look forward to it mate

    thanks p***y poacher,mike he is about 26tts now,he is coming on really well,very brainy,to brainy for his own good somtimes,doing long drops on him now,an he is very good at it,he is a powerfull pup as you can see,he still aint found what his legs are for properly yet,watch out when he does,roll on the new season.mike put his sisters on,i would love to see them

    you deserve all the praise mate thats given to you on here,she looks a lovely dog,and by the sound of things you have your head screwed on when it comes to dogs,just keep doing what your doing,she is still a young dog i wouldnt push her,keep on her training an she will be ready for the new season,all the best with her mate

    i agree,ive had dogs all my life,lurchers for 40yrs,never once have i got rid of one,once i have one they are with me for there entire life,regardless wether they were crap at lamping as they allways exceeded doing something different,like riohog,shooting,ferreting etc,if i lost all my permission today,my dogs would not be sold on,they would retire at home with me,besides i couldnt bear to think of my dogs with someone else,theres so many dogs sold an passed around,young dogs according to them,done everything,yet in my eyes to young to have been started,these dogs ruined because of idiots that

    i just think well done,firstly for braving the weather an geting out there,i wouldnt give a damned wether the rabbits were fast ones slow ones,heavy ones thin ones,i would be elated if my dog caught that amount.again well done.

    sounds to me your expecting more from the dog before his time,dont rush him,he is still a pup,so allow him to be a pup,play ball with him,tug of war,rough an tumble on the floor with him,its all part of bonding with your dog,and you can make the training more exciting ......he will rebel if its all work an no play
