    you can train any dog if you put the time an effort into them,an dont push em to hard for results,an get a pup,let a pup be a pup and enrole your training into the puppy play..

    does she do this in the day time also,what she she like to heal of lead,if she is i would revert to a bit more lead training and her learning the word heal,and in the field id put her on a long lead daytime an get her used to your command,or click of fingers,when you want her in,start drawing her in to you,she will soon get the hang of what to do.back to basics i think.i agree with vin also

    shaun1986,your comment mate is the best iv read for ages,i totally agree with what you said.i have a pup 3mnth and i dont expect to work him hard till next august,but in the meantime ,the time will be spent training,iv allways done it....

    at 4mnths i wouldnt even consider giving up on a dog,bloodyhell its still a pup,this is why there is so many on the market,give the dog a chance,at that age i would be puting the training in,stock breaking ,jumping,.etc.an bring it on nice an slow,,i have a pup now at 3mnth,and im looking at august nxt yr when i realy start him,take your time you will reap the benifits

    well if she has only just started it,and she hasnt been out much,then id put it down to her eagerness and excitment,work her mate,persevere she will come right,theres some brill comments on here,then theres some shxte ones to,make use of the good ones...again good luck

    how old is the dog mate,sounds like you may have started her to young,i would start again,but only on squatters(sitters),question,do you work her with terriers,as they open up when on a chase,i think once she knows she can catch it will stop,but it will take time,i had a dog that did it on the lamp,i stoped her by taking her ferreting,once she caught a few bolters it all clicked into place,good luck

    she wont mature till she about 12 to 18mnths so nothing to worry about,she could all of a sudden put a spurt of growth on,some do it young,some do it older

    great lamps ,but i have a problem with the battery lasting,i use a 12v motor bike,lasts about hr an half,just found a battery 12v 22amp that should do the trick i hope

    just looking at the pics with dancer,with her daughter blondie and granddam jodie,dancer is the great grandmother to a pup i have just brought,i think she was put to a dog called smokey,out of them came a dog called buddy,wich was put to a bitch called kim,out of them came a dog called razor,which is my pups dad,kims mother and father was foxy and charlie,on the pups mother side{derrie},her mother was breeze{minshaw},and jack merlin an eve,ive got names but no pics,love to learn more ,if you could help
