  2. If he's broken to all stock and has a bellman collar on him.... what's the panic?
  3. I'm not saying whoever your talking about isn't a great dog man..but a pretty big bold statement to make if I'm honest... Ireland has many a great dog man...but... also depends who's telling you their great...been out with quite a few who were well known in the trial days and quite a few from books... and wasn't very impressed.
  4. Young hairy dog just over 2 And black and white bitch just over 4
  5. He would do a better job lol
  6. Mate i can work all around a dog on a breakthrough... underneath it, all around the head.. his paws anywhere...that terrier should have only one thing on his mind and that's what's in front of him... a shovel shy terrier no good to no man.
  7. Why you still got the ferrets? Pm me your number again I lost your last one.
  8. Me personally, I like to break through either on top of the dogs back or just behind the tail ... then proceed to backfill behind the dog and absolutely nothing is pushing past... ?
  9. He is a dreamer... and never seen many dogs run..that's why he asks anyone that would listen to come for a spin out with him... and this other clown talking about stuff off the beam... I used to go to 2 lads who lived very rural in mountain areas...illuminous collar with that white high bright strip on it was on the lurcher, get into the wind, lamp the quarry and show the dog it... knock the lamp off and let dog go... few minutes later...knock the lamp on... and dog was with his quarry...knock lamp off and walk down... love to see a shitty saluki do that kind of work.
  10. Lol..I remember that myself..now he's looking for a hostel ?
  11. Terrier location has progressed a great deal from when I started out 38 years ago.... its went from the first prototype put out by fieldsports then deben bought the patent, and brought out what we all know and loved.. the grey knocker box...then some terriermen started to get savy and tentacles were widened to the European Market and the pieps box with the bellman came out, then some seen the barryvox pulse at work and some prefer that... which I personally think is the best box.. First box the first prototype Second the grey knocker box 3rd the first pieps box 4th bar
  12. Lol. Put you on block .. if I did that I wouldn't get to read the pure desperation of being wanted to be relevant if a terrier pup killed a rat . You work every day we see that... we know what you eat from where and what time lol... I enjoy reading your 60 days in stuff ?
  13. Don't know you, but that right there is just wrong...there's acting a cxnt on a site..then there's being an actual cxnt. This max boy I don't know either... he seems like a big child also.. lol yous two in a scrap be like a butterfly and a horse prancing about... Ones sold more pups than Hancock and ones had more terriers through his yard than Battersby dog pound... give it a rest ffs the 2 of yous ? Il await the incoming...f**k up know end who can spin a fox to ground with a number 7... ?
  14. Loved the place from May to October nearly always t shirt ..but if it decided to throw a lightning or monsoon storm... forget about it..lol but New York NEVER comes to a stand still... 16. Well service in NY is 2nd to none.. because as you say they depend on them..so say a meal was 20 bucks... and only one waitress tending I'd just drop 30 and any change I had.. but a tourist wouldn't do that or shouldn't be expected to... you only do that if know them or frequent a place... most will get a crap wage from the actual owner say at that time say 40 bucks a shift... say 10 hours... at the removal job I was saying about earlier was 22 bucks an hour plus tips which would of averaged out about 60 bucks a day each... but the tools was where the money was... 35 an hour in manhattan say 4
  17. I've lived in Brooklyn, bronx and yonkers didn't like queen's I called queen's planes trains and automobiles...as you have the subway above ground a direct flight path from JFK and its a freeway into manhattan... First 2 years moving high enders for a removal company... some big names great times and big tips..seeing how the elite lived... also a lot of rich upstate work..4 5 million dollar gaffs were standard... Henry Ford grandson, movie stars baseball players chats how hosts...all weirdos.. then went into joinery which was my trade.. that's when I seen the real deal new York.. workin

  20. I've lamped a big cat in Northern Ireland a puma it was November 2008 between 2 villages one called Claudy and the other village is park. I had just moved back from New York and was renting a farmhouse in a very rural area, there was another man with me...I was lamping out the window and spotted it on the lamp at about 15 mile an hour....wasn't sure what it was..so flicked lamp in windscreen and driver stopped up... not massive but very substantial...couldn't believe it but carried on.. Northern Ireland you didn't need a licence for them but I think you do now... I happened to mention the inc

Lived there for 8 years jig.. you will obviously be looking at the usual suspects that you have mentioned...to be honest you won't get a lot in for a 6 day visit unless your game to use the subway...and to be fair if you ever been to London NY subway be handy enough... be prepared for a lot of walking... and you will spot you a mile off because you will be constantly looking up lol but it all happensat eye level.... a lot going on and a lot to take in...lot of great food and bars...try and get a walk around 125th and Martin Luther King.... that's the real New York... but most importantly enjoy
