Fraid not mate, iv been into dogs for years and seen many types and have the crosses that I favour but I have no way got blinkers on. The best deerhound cross I seen was mediocre at best the others were t even that good. Has it put me off? No! That's why I started the thread to find out who has the good ones and how they do

Being honest iv never seen a good deerhound cross. Not to be put off as I think the ones iv seen have been useless but I think that just chance that I. Only seen bad ones but I know there will be good ones out there.

Who runs this cross and how do they turn out? Do they make good all rounders. I would guess so.

In my opinion if you have 2 digs there you think crossing could bring you something special then I would do it when you feel the time is right. How many times has someone swithered about it and put it off another season and then the unevitable happens that you loses your chance.

Every dog iv had has been 8 and 10. That's what the vets have done

Can you give a pup it's 2nd innoculation within the 2 weeks or does it need to be the 2 weeks?

I gave my pup her 1st innoculation at 8 weeks. She will be ten weeks on Sunday but can I give her the second before the Sunday?

Very tidy dogs mate, my dog and 1 of my bitches are oxcroft. Good little workers, she's the best dog iv owned to date and u hope this pup takes after her.

Nice mate, what line are they? I like the blue and tans and will have one one day as using the grizzles when beating cover for foxes to the guns throws you sometimes. when a grizzle jumps out the cover you raise the gun for that split second haha!!

Cheers mate, the mother is a nice size, the dogs not over large either compared to alot of border dogs.
