    It can last more then two hours unless there is a different size battery you can get my mates got one we got 6 hours out of it one night and I've been that impressed with his iam buying one just for the quick wee walks saves carrying the 22amp lithium the beams not the same as a light force lamp and there is no point comparing them the light force wins hands down but for a lamp just for a few bunnys it's good just don't expect too go lamping foxes with it

    I lived in nz for a year now the kiwis are great I was never stuck for work in or housing it's kinda hard too describe the country as a whole because even the city areas are like here fights drugs the same old shit but life was always very relaxed if your out in the smaller towns there the places too live like some have said fishing hunting not a problem it's easy too make friends if these are your hobbies plus there is plenty of land too hunt even govt land you just pay for the licence and the lodgings and spend the weekend in the mountains and gullys and always found folk would sit at home

    What's every one using for tying dogs out near the hole we usually tie near fence or trees used them gun dog peg things before a few times but found the dogs just bend them too easy and tried making one out of steel but it met the same end and would constantly get pulled out has any one got any pics of what they use or think is the best and explain what material it's made from

    I've done it twice once stupidity too many runs ended up carrying the dog from a long run and once running a dog dehydrated never really thought about it at the time but it was frosty at the time at nights and never noticed the dog bowl was frozen cos I had topped it up in the afternoon and lack of paying attention at night so the dog hadn't had a drink it's about this time of year you have too make sure your bowls can't freeze over specially if your using the dog for lamping

    Like I did say my pup I had was fine never had a problem retrieved shot and cold birds never a feather out of place but he was brought up on raw so he never knew any different I would add I've known dogs that have been fed biscuits that mangle pheasants

    you would have too ask some one with more experience socks like i said it was not my dog just the experience my friend had feeding raw with a gun dog that was fine before hand

    It's been going on for years that one they rang me up when I lived in nz about 5 years ago kept him on the phone for 30 mins though

    They don't have a job like you or they don't have a job at all or they just able too make more time too what they love doing than you can now at one point in my life like 2 years ago I had 4 dogs 2 lurchers a terrier and a gun dog now a normal week for me would of been Monday walk all up the woods every day 2/3/4 miles home later on so that night go lamping 3/4 hours home tue nothing but walk them when I say walk it's more of a mooch let all run loose and hunt up then wed same again nothing then thur normal walk then lamp 3/4 hours fri nothing normal walk then pub saturday shoot all day takin

    How many runs did you give her have you run her into the ground did she hit a tree or a dyke or any thing and try and pick up her skin pull it up and see how long it takes too go back too normal could be a sigh of deyhydration what about her muscles is she fit and in condition

    I've seen a few that have fed raw one of my own as well the only thing I can say my own dog retrieved shot and cold birds but he was started on raw as a pup and was fine with birds I never had any issues but a friend that switched he's dog after 3 years from biscuit too raw had devastating effects the after half a season the dog had tendencies too pick up birds and mangle them and half eat them and just leave them he even tried everything you could think off not heard how he got on this season though but I do know another mate that had a 6 year old or 8 not sure of the age but he has had good

    I think I counted 12 up my way last year all circling a forestry block and as for them only eating dead things is daft I've seen one dive catch and kill a rabbit just last year

    For last 4 months I've hardly been able too walk from a bad spine we'll great news finally had my operation and now pain free we'll since then under doctors orders there is too be no hill walking for a month so as lying in bed feeling like wanting too rip my skin off coming off this f***ing morphine I could not take it any more so thought f**k it take the muts out for a walk and we'll my usall walk takes me past a few warrens so naturally I have too take the lamp bearing in mind I can't leave this terrier at home or he would end up howling the house or kennels down if he knew I was of out for

    Build your own petty simple I bought mine from ultra dog kennels and looking back wish I just made my own would of saved a small fortune
