    Just got a text off my mate... his dog had a sore on its nose... turns out to be a tumour... needs an op.... Otherwise the dogs fine... Would you really want to PTS a dog because of a tumour on its nose.... where it would fully recover.... Because you didnt have the cash?

    Den... i noticed the bigger dogs were skidding into the lure machine at the show.... If you turn the lure around... and position it off to the side....at the finishing post.... Put a turn in at the bottom of the track... and run the lure back up to the dogs.... As the lure stops... theres no machine for them to hit.... and if you stop it far enough back from the turn... theres no room for error.... Also... the guy driving the lure... can see the winner... as hes stood on the finishing post .... Wasnt a problem for the whippets who were scooping the lure up ...

    Just a cog shaped like a star.... i could take it apart... but not wanting to step on anybodys toes.... Lure is from graham4877.... and is the cheapest ive seen.... You can also pick them up at whippet racing tracks for a few quid....

    will agree with you on that one.....especially when you get the numpties who write stuff like.............going make a sandwich.....................just banged my toe and last but not least....... the ones who write on there wall on a Saturday night some thing like this..........omg imssso durnk i need go ded .but they managed to log on to there face book account and clik on write on wall whilst been drunk lol ..... ....

    The line you want.... is ROLSEN BUILDING LINE....will snap under a good amount of strain.... Rope will burn like fook.... i know .... Turn the lure away from the dogs... and put a turn in 20/30 yards back.... and then run the line up to the dogs..... means when you stop the lure level with you... the dogs arent skidding into a lure machine.... like you see at the racing at dog shows.... I put a 'breakaway' in... stops the dogs getting tangled up in the line once they catch the lure..... is just 'breaks' off.... but i usually muzzle them.... Great fun... and a good tool to own
