  1. Another goon removed, thanks for the heads up.. Anyone else viewing the SHOOTING section of this hunting site and derailing threads and posting comments that offer nothing, will be removed. You can delete the idiots but they just come back under a new username.
  2. I was intrigued about rat nets. A lot of Guys cut both ends out of a baked bean tin, put a leg of stocking over the bean tin and forced the tin into the hole. Very effective and cheap.
  3. Books and my locator fixed only for me to find out my collar is fcuked
  4. Knew about Sundays but not Christmas Day , not that the hare would know the differance !! It's Sunday and Xmas day
  5. Drabble became an anti? Wasn't the book wrote later on in his life? When did he become an anti?
  6. Posted this in the ferret section too. Got the same replies. Seems more common than I thought.
  7. Just reading a book I was given by a member off here : OF PEDIGREE UNKNOWN by Phil Drabble. In it he recalls how when he was younger his main sport was ratting with ferrets. He used to put stocking over the holes and catch the rats in them to sell onto people to train their dogs/pits etc. At escapees used to be caught by his staff x foxhound. He used to lose ferrets through injuries or after so many fights the ferret would refuse to enter so was useless. He stopped the sport as his last 2 Staffordshire bull terriers died of Jaundice. Anybody heard of this way of ratting with ferrets/n

  17. Good job it's Xmas and I'm in a festive mood
  18. Course he will see him as a threat, hes still male but won't want to Fight. The vas hob will fight him like fook etc. I looked into All scenarios mate, I wanted one vas but it still wouldn't work.
  19. When the jills are in season? They will fight like fook for the females. That's the whole point f Fighting, to protect a female they want to mate with. When mines was maturing they wouldn't stop going at it, cutting eachother up so I Had to get them done ASAP.
  20. A vasectomised hob has the same testosterone as an intact one, only he fires blanks. The castrated one won't so the vasectomised hob will fight the other who won't want to fight back. I wanted one of mine vasectomised but as you know I had to have all 3 castrated for them to be together. If you get 1 vas and 1 castrated. Keep the castrated one in and the vas 1 separated. If I was you mate just get them both castrated and get in a vas hob. There's advantages to castration, no fighting, season and can work them all year round. People said they wouldn't work once I got them done
