do snares require a licence now ??

Most of them are just house wives who buy a van, and no liabilty insurance friend of mine hit a dog that was off the lead and damage his car turns out it was a dog walker she told him he would have to claim of the owner , turns out she didn't have insurance how many of them in it for a quick pound know nothing about dogs . he had to claim of his own car insurance as it wasn't worth the hassle taking the dog walker to court .

I drove from Devon to Doncaster when I purchased and sat at 60mph getting approx 38mpg, it's dropped a little since using off road but not much sat between 33/36mpg the big let down is they won't sell a diesel version in uk , and while I really do love these little jeeps. I think a second hand l200 is better buy due to around same mpg and better tow weight , ours had a two inch lift and mud tyres made fantastic offroad but twitchy on road but nice jeeps and be surprised where u can go all the best with it I already have the ranger for towing, looking for a small lightweight 4x4 for general f

We use to normally get rid or our landrovers and rangerovers around 200 thousand mark . Rust seems to be the killer with them .

I had the 4.6 hse auto biography with callaway special engine thing to go .but they all have a computer under passengers seat that controls everything and if it goes wrong cost more than motors worth , also to much electronics to go wrong if your doing lots off roading and the lock out code u do with the key in the door lock when battery fails in remote drives u insane .by the way word of advise a lot of diesel chips con the ecu in to thinking engine is cold just throws in more fuel ,which put fuel pressure high in turn damages injectors and pistons watch what you fit most just a cheap resis

As you say fair play to him, I'm sure if he puts the graft in (whatever he chooses) there will be opportunities to make a few quid... a man and a van is a useful commodity... house/shed clears, rubbish clearing, gardening, window cleaning, some diy type works (if he can turn his hand), deliveries... or a mixture of all... its getting your head down and finding the opportunities... far too many doom and gloom merchants around, you've just got to be willing to graft and spot an opening.... "it's there for everyone" (as my old man used to tell me)... good luck to the lad. think the lads strugglin
