  1. Hi mate if never serviced then i would give it a stripdown and regrease at the very least mate pretty simple to stripdown and a few guides available on the net, worth a watch to be honest mate a 40ft it should be pellet on pellet if you do your bit

  5. Nice write up and pics mate if im honest not sure on the stock but if you like it then all is good hope she shoots as good as the effort put in and you wont go wrong with a SFS kit

There is a bedding in process from new usually after a couple of tins or so, but a lot of the rifles on youtube have been tuned by a gunsmith like tony wall of sandwell fieldsports or dave hall to name a couple , or they benefit from a home tune or fettle with a drop n kit like vmach etc. check out geordiehunters tv on youtube Darryl Marksman on here has a couple of good vids on his process and i can say have shot one of Darryls fettled rifle and they are smooth as i have had my 97 stage 2 tuned from sandwell and around £140 transforms the rifle. It depend of the ammount you wish to spend etc

  9. Pussys .........................................180 yards me sub 12 and all, using my smk and homemade pellets LMFAO to be honest i seen people shooting that should not hunt past 15 yrds let alone 70 all depends on practice the weather etc. field craft works wonders

A day of zeroing and scope calibraition chrono testing in between showers mk4 target running sweetly at 10.9 using aa field and the sfs s2tuned 97 running superbly at 10.7 using jsb 4.52 both on the money and spot on the fps varience over 30 shots on the 97 is mental lowest 751.5 highest 756.9 all testing done using an f1 chrony to be honest i had similar readings last week so thought i would give it another go with fresh batterys in the chrony no change LOL and better than the mk4is over 30 shots

  16. Told you should have got a mk4 is or wolf having said that my mk4 is running at 10.8 with aa fields in .177 and has no trouble dropping fur and feather
  17. As above a weihrauch spring rifle will serve you very well easy to maintain and can be picked up relatively inexpensive for a £300 budget you world is your lobster
