    Its an Air Arms 410f carbine in 22. Neck shots are good on birds as the pellet severs the major blood vessels and the spinal cord.

    Back at the sitty tree and this one landed just as i was about to leave. AAF through the neck dropped it instantly. This one is for the bbq .

    A few weeks ago i spent a couple of nice hours near a sometimes busy sitty tree. I sat in my 3d leaf suit about 25 yards from the tree which means most shots need half a mil hold under. My view. Me enjoying the peace. After 15 minutes i dropped a pigeon with a perfect heart shot followed 25 minutes later by 2 magpies. Another pigeon finished off my 2 hour stint. Im so glad to have switched back to 22. Heart shot. Final bag.

    Im in Falkirk mate. Got a couple of cracking permissions but always on the look out for more. The hail stones were incredible the other day! Would be great to meet up if you are up for it.

    These are the sticks i use when shooting from the sitting position. Again they are very simple and very cheap but totally effective. Both these birds were taken around the 30 yard mark.
