  5. Rain again ,working out side trying to take a roof off , called it a day back on subject it is legal to shoot them in your garden, BUT you must have a reason to do so. The reasons are basically either to prevent damage to crops (such as a vegetable patch in your garden) or to prevent the spread of disease. You can also only use shooting as a last resort so first you must make an effort to keep the pigeons off of your vegetables by using nets or bird scarer or both. If the pigeons are still causing damage after this then you are entitled to shoot them.

  8. Yesterday I decided to dust of my BSA Meteor .22 and have a shoot with it . The first thing I noticed with it was the trigger ,my god so hard to pull compared to the triggers of today . Went to my 30 yard marker knelt down , took aim ,pulled trigger and pellet hit dead on bull ,i thought must be a lucky shot , so did exactly the same the next shot ,in the end put 10 pellets in side of a 10 pence bit , not bad for a gun which is 41 years old and my first gun didnt have to adjust the sight either Brought back some great times shooting the meteor again , that gun will go to my grave with me ,w

Like me Mark, had mine for about 35 years ,never had to do a job for any of them including the jews and they talk about integration, the jews are often one of the worst for it We hardly saw any of them down in Dorset until about 20 years ago , that was one of the reasons we moved from Birmingham back in 1969

  20. Any thing will sell at the right price Had a very good deal on the r10 from new so did not lose that much on it , also a good deal on the new ultra and got a good price on my old ultra ,so swings and roundabouts come into play
