Skin it remove all of the meat and then get a skewer and twizzle it about to loosen up the brain,then put it in a saucepan and bring to the boil and then keep it at a roling simmer for about 1/2 an hour then take it out and clean it off totally with a pressure washer,it will be clean then,but it still needs to be bleached then.Use a proprietary brand of hairdressing Peroxide 12% 40vol to bleach it by painting it all over,but don't forget to put it on some newspaper or something.
