  6. No, you may be very proud of your dog, and I admire you for that, but I'd bring any Whippet I know, and race your dog and beat it !! Your dog's obviously a good dog for you, but please don't say she is as fast as a Whippet, or else we would have Beddy X racing instead of Whippet Racing ! Cheers. mmmmmmm, I love a challange Rich our Milly did 9.40 from out of the traps yesterday, over a distance of 160 yards, and she's only 10 months old, not bad for a beddy x Well, that's around 8. for 150 yards, Geoff, and you know for a fact that aint good enough these days ! 9. Robin looked the part, but he soon lost the wind out of his sails, I hope he finally hangs up his gloves, its not very nice seeing a qualty fighter out classed. 3 classy fights last night, the young lad from Lythem St Anns who's name slips my mind Jamie Mc Donnell pure quality, then Kell Brooks, looked as fit as a butchers dog, looked alot sharper than he did in his last fight we went to watch watch this space.
  10. Love your pics Keith,Nell certainly is a credit to you
  11. try big galaxy bar pack of choc biscits, choc hob nobs and a choc brownie .Is she a chocoholic Lol?,sounds worse than my missus, Hope your dogs ok now

  13. Imo, Reids in it just for a quick wage packet. Will give you my honest opinion tomorrow, me & the lads are going to Sheffield tonight for the Kel Brooks fight, looking forward to it again
  14. Bess was the best, but Midge I had a soft spot for her, she gave her all, wether it be knocking afew rabbits over, and unbelievable on hares for a straight whippet greyhound (preban of course) I coursed Bess a couple of times at the East of England Lurcher Coursing Club (Penny Taylor & Stat ran this club) where I was on the commitee for a short while, and she was coursed with Kenny Hall's club for 2 seasons winning their annual coursing stake of £50 plus a cracking trophy, I felt as though I'd won the lottery Mo was used for general mouching and lamping, and was a fair animal. thanks.
  15. Could have, but I didn't see it myself what did u think of harrigans Lucy after seeing her run with your own eyes, looked a decent bitch to me Yes , that's the chap who was in the Guinness Book of Records for growing the worlds biggest leek, from up North. Lucy imo was the dogs bollox
  16. A good question Richie, I'm not proclaiming to have had world beaters in the respect of competitive coursing, and to be totally honest, I only joined coursing clubs because I got sick of being chased by keepers & landowners LOL. With coursing, it wasn't so much winning,it was more a case of my dog giving a good account of himself, and I absolutely loved the commaradery with the coursing folk.Sallt of the earth. Regarding racing,it gives me great pleasure beating some of the b**star*s that I don't like, because some of them would sooner stab you in the back as look at you, and that's whats
  17. Must have been a big bar of choccy to make you panic that much Still, better safe than sorry
  18. We all can't have world beaters, but if a dog gives it's all, thats good enough for me
  19. Midge loved doing this aswell, she won Chatsworth long jump finals 3 consecutive years, she once won the long jump over a distance 22 1/2 feet
  20. One or two lads on here think that I only raced our dog over the years, they're so wrong moochers first, abit of racing second
