  10. Hello and welcome to the forum buddy
  11. Depends on what you prefer to shoot mate?.....pcp or spring. I dont know much about pcp's mate but for spring rifles you carnt go far wrong with either HW77 or AA TX200
  12. As title i have just got given a Air Rifle with the make Snowpeak...after a little search i found out it's a chinese made rifle..spring underlever...it shoots straight but it has very little power. I want to use it for target practise but with its current power it's a waste of time....can these rifles be uprated to 11flbs or 12flbs.....and if so how much would it cost and is it possible to get parts here in uk...or do one of the members here know how to do it for a price obviously lol
  13. Went for a mooch round caravan park last night to see the extent of the charlie prob and to get a few bugs for pot...they do indeed have a red issue buggers kept following me round and scaring bunnies so only ended up with 1 :(

  16. I shoot a caravan park with my air rifle....only allowed 3 months of they year whilst it is closed and need to have good insurance...and yes there are lots of rabbits...bit to built up and to many obsticles for running dogs but still good fun though
  17. Vary's here in north wales....On one of my permissions there's hardly any where once there was alot.....this i feel is down to the increase of the fox pop and mixy(this permission had 11 reds in 4 days)...yet 5 miles down the road on another of my permissions there are many rabbits you littery trip over them lol.....I think it boils down to pressure from predetors the hunters....and also desiese. Intresting subject though im always keen to see how other area's are doing with rabbit pops
  18. Also as the site is quite built up what would be the best rifle/gun to use?......lets say a FAC Air Rifle putting out over 30flbs would that do the job or 410sg or 22 rimmy?
  19. Thanks davy i will send pm now PM sent lets hope he can help as owner wants them gone before march
  20. Well i just had a conversation with the owner of a holiday park me and Tus(steve) were helping clearing of rabbits last year...it seems that he is in need of our service's yet again...the rabbit issue is as strong as ever but he now has another problem.(Ole Red)x7 it seems like during the summer the holiday makers have been feeding them and now they are bold as brass. His concerns are that as they have lost their fear of people he is concerned that when the holiday makers are back in march they might maime a child whilst eating let's say a sandwich and he does not want this for obvious reasons
  21. Cracking vid will try that when i next get a bug's or two

They want to take it to DEFRA then mate. By not ensuring they are taking steps to control rabbit numbers or trying to limit damage to neighbouring properties, the private land owners are breaking the law.. ;)
