  4. Your local Fieldsports/gun shop should have a chrono....if that fails you can take it to local shooting/rifle club they will have one
  5. RWS,AirArms and Bisley pellets are all quality.........You will have to try each brand and see what one suits your rifle........my TX loves JSB's but i get right flyers with Air Arms

  9. Jesus lol......thats some ammount of maggies you got Cracking shooting though mate
  10. At end of day an air rifle is an small quarry rifle....they are not designed for quarry over the size of mink..... Mink aren't big game, and their crania are barely thicker than a rats, so perfectly ok to cull with an air rifle. No mink arnt big game but that is a great quarry
  11. Do you in any way understand the law reguarding brittish airgun laws?.........
  12. At end of day an air rifle is an small quarry rifle....they are not designed for quarry over the size of mink.....
  13. At end of day mate it's all about the shooter and his capabilities with his rifle.........sweetheart?...lmao....yeah he expects it but on serious note though if you can why not?......Im not is same class of shooting but i can shoot well at a distance with springer i can hit rabbits at 30+ yrds easy but im no expert
  14. yep i agree irresponsiible , i really feel uneasy when i see a 67 yard bird taken out of a tree , not 'if' but 'when' you miss where the hell is that pellet going (i will pre-answer that myself ... nothing for miles behind .... am i close?) what exactly are you proving doing long shots on live quarry? every twat and his gat gun will be trying what they saw the 'great' zini do on thl . 40yard for quarry is recommended with an airrifle , right tools for the job springs to mind . we all know what happens in the field but why air it on the busiest hunting forum on the net ? irrespons
  15. Alot of people will be suprised at what a sub 12flb rifle will be able to achive........as always Si great vid and awsome shooting........its not always the rifle but the shooter behind the rifle
  16. love the vid si.....not keen on Edgar xvi or any pcp mate............im more a springer guy....got my head set with TX200 and HW97.......dunno what it is mate i carnt get head round pcp's.......great vid though mate
  17. Law of averages mate the 720 is to bright and the 940 is to dark thats my guessing....would be good to see results in field......looking forward to more input and video results Si
  18. Do a stint with the 850 mate on the bunnies and upload vid the do same for other filters.....i would say the 850 is bright enough but would cause less disturbance than other filters......the 940 in my eyes would be to dark on long range targets and the 720 to bright for close quarters....my opinion only mate but thats what i reakon.....i dont film myself mate but i think the 850 oversall not sure what other nv guys would think but in my eyes the 850 all the way.....cracking post mate very thourough
  19. Cracking bit of kit mate....if price stays same as Ant says its a blessing as most people cannot afford full on gen 2 prices.....also the distance to church as shown was well over most peoples range with sub 12flbs rifle As per filter i was wondering abour the exact prices?......you say they range from £4 to £8 but in your eye as experianced marksman which did you find better for unit?......my judgement is of these filter will be down to price and performance After a 3rd view ov vid i would say the 850 is by far the best filter for most situation......it seems to give the least light l
  20. This same footage from nite hunter unit si?
  21. You do that mate....im glad you can see rifle for what it is.....get your marksmanship skills raised with it...then when you get a high quality rifle it will all fall into place for you and you will be a better shot for it
  22. My opinion...................Dont use on live quarry....i know mr mole is gunna freak at this but you would be bettor off setting fire to it lol Its cluncky...loud and has to much recoil
  23. A mate of mine had similar last week with his ruger 10/22 some rounds would fire others would not....turned out it was summit to do with firing mech...brought new one prob solved.....im no expert with rim/cf rifles but this maybe that could be cause
