  1. Thanks Stevo, Yes I'm really looking forward myself to shooting again with a springer after so long of not owning one. Now that I'm back on my feet after my expensive divorce I can start and build up my collection again and keep them this time. I think that the PCPs will probably stay locked away now for the summer in the gun cabinet except for HFT and fast and furious rat shooting where I need a multi shot and the springer will be the main hunting tool over the next coming few months. The last time I went out with Davy shooting with my old HW97KT I got 18 rabbits and a hare in
  2. Outstanding mate..looking forward to write ups and pics of your sessions

  8. Total revenue is the total receipts of a firm from the sale of any given quantity of a product. It can be calculated as the selling price of the firm's product times the quantity sold, i.e. total revenue = price × quantity, or letting TR be the total revenue function: where Q is the quantity of output sold, and P(Q) is the inverse demand function (the demand function solved out for price in terms of quantity demanded) Jeesh someone had thier brain food thinsmorning lol
  9. Great demonstration of Marksmanship Si with your new toy....Looking forward to seeing the vid with your new Springer in .22 Flavor
  10. VHD is not man made made your correct.....it kills in 48 hours but does not kill rabbits under 4 weeks old....but as it can last in ground for half a year or more with no host when the young mature they to in turn will also get the virus and bye bye bunnie
  11. I tend to leave them for a few months.....but we got plenty on my perms.....we not had any mixi for few years and never had VHD as far as i can remember....yet 20 -30 miles down road VHD has devostated the bunnie pop...one perm of my mates has had no rabbits for nearly 2 years. But leaving them alone for a few months is a good idea but not in all circumstances ie horse paddocks, crops if pops are high

No ones saying give them real power Rob, just giving them enough slack to maintain the illusion of control, then every now and then give the rope a sharp tug to remind them who's REALLY in charge! lol

Had a spate of that happening round here...with the price's of metal at the moment we have to keep everything locked up....even tried to steal kids swings out of the garden..luckily it was bolted down on one side but they did bend the frame trying to steal it to weigh it in the tw@ts..dunno how i managed to sleep through it though as im normally a light sleeper

  16. You carnt get nicked for walking up the street with one as long as it's not on show and unloaded and your on way to one of your permission....i walk through my town with my rifle on way to one of my perms and never had issue's with police. They are not illegal and only time you would get nicked is if you had threatened someone. Catapult law It is completely legal to shoot rabbits with a catapult with the intention to kill. So if you are looking for dinner you can use a catapult, it is legal. However you must : a. Have permission from the landowner to do so first! b. Be proficient
  17. Nice to get out for a mooch even though ya blanked though mate.....fresh morning air...fox had bunny you think?

  19. It is completly legal to hunt small game with a catapult as long as you have permission on the land...it does however take loads of practice to be good at it....i just carnt seem to master it that well...they can be legally over 12flbs that air rifles fire at and with the .38 steel ball bearings they pack a hell of a punch.....As with being stopped just tell them your on your way to your permission to hunt small game that are specified on general licence nout they can do about it mate
