  1. Bugga off Seriously though, i thought nothing ate moles? And at nearly £5 per trap if this keeps happening i'm gonna be broke
  2. Apart from two legged scavengers, how else would mole traps be likely to go missing please?
  3. Things always get better, then they get worse, then they get better .......... What you take from the bad times, will lead to the roads you will take and the life you will live. Chin up
  4. Don't know whether to take that as a compliment or not
  5. Your not wrong there Whin, No more lurchers for me they just cant stand the test of time, I'll stick to me shivery little whippet...light, sensible, and most importantly....bomb proof
  6. Good morning Whin All good except the lurcher, wrist injury so he wont work again. Thanks for asking
  7. No such things as growing pains A pup should still be happy, bouncy and healthy for a while yet. Keep it on the lead or house rest untill you get it looked at.
  8. Or will hang themselves, if there is a way for suicide a quail will find it
  9. Guinea fowl near my sisters allotment, and they never shut up, one of the most annoying bird noises ive ever heard. Jap quail are evil vicious little sods, you will be constantly rescuing then having to cull which ever one they decide to attack next. Serama bantams will keep you amused for hours. Very funny tame little birds (Smallest chickens in the world) remind me of terriers in personality, and make good broodies, however they can only sit about 3 eggs at a time.
  10. Logically, if you are used to ferreting 30's/40's then it will eventually take it's toll on the population, you cannot keep taking without it having consequences on numbers in later years. The farm i live on, never had big numbers when i moved here, i think the most i would get in one night would be 6, then over about 2-3yrs i just kept at them, taking 1 or 2 a week if i was lucky. Now there is not one single rabbit here. Nothing to do with RHD or mixy, just slowly wiped them out. And boy do i regret it now! People need to hunt in moderation (If it is not actual pest control) instead of goin
  11. How tall? 18 tts 25 lb Lovely, why do you think there is collie in? I would love something like a 3/4 whippet 1/4 collie (Or less) as my next dog.

    LOL

...........atleast we got your bike back........
  13. The dog is not locked in the crate Bird, from what i can gather it is free to get in and out. I have an open cage here just the same
  14. Def not cramp Hellyer. Lock him in his cage for a while. When he gets out he will probably stretch, observe the stretch and it may give you an indication of where the problem lies...ie, he doesn't not go down very far on the front or will only stretch one back leg fully out. Any greyhound tracks near you, if so ask there. If not found this guy for you... http://www.honitonosteopaths.co.uk/index.php?id=16
  15. Really like him Moll. Looks in great shape and nice shiny coat Thank you very much Adam.
  16. If your vet is not running dog savvy you may be wasting your time. If i were you I'd get him to a bone man, thread here to find one in your area.... http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/229670-bonemen/
