  1. there was aphoto of 1 of the pups you bred locked in a pen with 2 lambs by yer man millet surely this pup will b a chocolate fireguard Just like this one..... You see FF, one thing about living on a lambing farm, there can be NO room for errors regarding lambs. Imagine the fun if a dog suddenly thought lamb or mutton were on the menu. Do you really think they are locked in a pen, deliberately terrified to death and that's the training over Training for stock should always be ongoing young or old. Really terrifie
  2. Im off to put the dvd on,One foot in the Algarve, being patient ive waited until now to ask the question that as been burning away in my noggin, what was the name you called the pup?.Be warned the next 20 litters advertised for free on here will have a pup with the same name.
  3. Patience is a virtue Morton.
  4. Stop being a grump Nearly 9yrs ago, someone from a forum named one of mine, a perfect name i would not have thought of myself
  5. My whippet was £400, I couldn't really afford it at the time, but he had the breeding i wanted, from breeders who did it the right way (imo)... and i would pay it again to get one just like him.
  6. This is true, you almost implied you liked my whippet cos he did not look like a normal whippet Then you had to spoil it a few months later by saying he was a terrier cross
  7. how long does it take to work? Probably within a few hours, you wont notice unless the dog has a bad infestation as modern wormers just dissolve the worms internally.
  8. I dont know about the pup Lil, Blackwater, when she visits here she only see's my dogs. I haven't seen her meet any others? My dogs all tend to ignore other dogs, 'if it is not a rabbit, they don't want to know'
  9. Life is such great fun. Best buddies these two, Lil is the only dog who can keep up with 'the tank' Lil learning to swin, her first time out of her depth, she loved it but gracefull she is not! The tank is now a submarine. Typical collie! Are you gonna throw the bleedin stick or not?!! Bored now. Great fun. Keepa looks like someone has catapulted her How to do it.
  10. They are very big, and take up a lot of room, can take a greyhound no problem. And was it worth it - was it a good investment. And how have the dogs benefitted? Yes and no Scot. I have hardly ever used it tbh. But the times i have used it, it has been a godsend for getting dogs back to fitness after injury, when you need to be able to control their speed, and don't want them running on all terrain types Other than that i think the only other time i have used it was when the snow was so deep here and packed full of ice, the dogs could not walk in it. do you wont to sell it mol

  12. Get some Drontal or panacur, you can get it online, some chemists and the vets....more expensive if bought at the vets though, online will be cheaper
  13. £350 is not a bad price for KC reg whippets, working or not He hardly sound like a peddler, one whippet litter bred to keep one back and his lass has bred a different type once.
  14. Might be the photo Cam, but it looks a bit underweight with a pot belly, get it wormed asap with some GOOD QUALITY wormers.....not shop bought crap
  15. I think the Durham and Northumberland terrier club only hold 2 per year. But there may be different ones i dont really know tbh?

  19. Thank you Kev, there were several times though he was literally a phone call away from being PTS, but i am a great believer in fate, and for whatever reasons each time it got put off. Had he been an older/calmer dog it would have not be a problem, mine all retire here with me or my sis, but he is not old or CALM
