  6. Hey lads, i have a permission which is basically a persons garden but is surrounded by fields and very thick with trees and have a big problem with rabbits but also alot of squirrels, now after being there a few times with the air rifles we are able to pop off 2 or 3 but then they dart to the trees and disappear all day. But they do run across the ground very often and don't stop therefore making it extremely difficult for a shot with an air rifle, and i saw a video the other day where they were hunting squirrels with a shotgun and this had never occurred to me. so my question is, is i

  15. Good just for wasting air and plinking but accuarcy or hunting - is a big no no The bloke in the shop needs nuttin! Cant stand people that talk shit
  16. thats exactly what it is but dependent on your scope it might need a different fitting also make the camera lens as close to the eyepiece as possible
  17. as above it is quite hard to explain so i will make it as simple as possible mate take your scope off and go to b&q find a piece of plastic plumbing pipe, connector that will fit over your scope - not too tight just enough use some electrical tape round your scope to eyepiece to thicken it for the pipe connector and to protector your scope from it scratching measure the diameter of the other end of the pipe (not the scope end) and then go onto ebay and buy a 30mm step up filter that is close to the diameter - for example if the diameter is 50mm buy a 30mm - 47mm step up
  18. hi mate, i use a sony handycam sr33e combined with the ir300 its fantastic i get out to 150m spotting range easily with a 1/6 chip sensor. as far as mounting you will need a 30mm step up adapter stepping up to a similar measurement as the pipe you are using to connect to your scope
  19. I have owned an s410 and now own a hw100kt, IMHO the only thing that is different about the hw100 is that its reg'd and i dont have to mess about with power curves (which wasnt bad as all you have to do is fill to 170 and shoot down to 100 and your sorted) I know that the hw100 is classed as better built, smoother cocking, best mag system - which is all true but the s410 does it all faultlessly also. Go for it pal and when you have some spare dosh get it reg'd if you fancy more shots and no power curve. scott
