    As there is nowt on the wings worth eating I usually take the whole winds off and dry them out for fly tying and the pin feathers are usually the first to be used. not too sure about any one else I think most people who shoot them do take them out as whenever I have been given a brace of woodcock the pin feathers are more often than not missing.     Hi, I saw someone else had offered some nets to help someone starting out and I've had some nets hanging up for several years I was going to throw them out. Theres about 20 or so of varying quality and material I brought them in a job lot a few years ago from a guy who was packing up.     Firstly what a load of c**p. 2nd If any one thinks i'm leaving my dog in a hole for 48 hours befor reaching for a spade they'er very much mistaken. So if you don't get a bolt is the dog then classed as hard? Now if your not to dig befor 48 hours has passed what do you do in the mean time sit there and wait for your dog because if you block the holes up to keep him in over night then the fox isn't a free animal. If we have to dig out our dogs are supposed to let the fox go? if you don't get a bolt you dig your dog out let the fox go and poor old dog has bayed away for however long for nowt.

    They usually are when you won't pay for a vet. Also it was by no means becuase i wont pay, god no, i value my ferrets just as much as anyone does... its really not worth arguing about but basically don't make inaccurate judgements about me and be so argumentative your no help to anyone on here I totally agree mate there are far too many people keen to complain about others goings on. it blooy dose my head in you ask for advice and all the critics come to moan.

    I grow chickens for asda and chicken is the bulk of thier diet as it in abundance how ever i always feed young ferrets on rabbit at least once a week I feel it helps thier prey drive I dinn't do this a couple of years ago and i ended up culling more off than i kept.
