brookie not aimed at anybody particular , but i cant see the mans logic to have a stolen dog in his kennels , as he makes enough from selling his wares surly ,not a lover of the guy met him a few times its all about the money money , and his patter wel good for the uneducated ,never rated men who has to have a cameras to hunt everytime they leave the door like him ,like the ones who take pics of lots of dead game , what to do sell pups ,not into all those set up scenarois to make a buck just go out yopuse your hunting knowledge and enjoy the day , brookie youve not had much luck but hope it ge

BLACKWATER... replied to dennned's topic in Gamefairs, Meet Up's and Events
good crack even found game at show ,dog had to get pulled away from an old container,as she was marking and ready for a bolt ,even saw rabbs on grass parks further up,from show, they werent sporting tho.ahah saw some capable dogs and some well pure show dogs not a mark on them and the stories got better and better but a good laugh all ther same , -
minni would find game in a tin bath ahah ye youle not beat the old line for finding game were ever you go ,very sharp bitch border ,her mother father the same ,grandfather luke, great grandfather bob ,great great grand mother old kizzy they all had good noses, and sharp on game ,the have to be sharp as there no gimmes once youve cleaned the easy ones up and its back to wheat or barley great sport tho ,
-
good its cleaned up a bit , that cury dog starts some trouble , i says andy ,you be tioling to catch a hundred rabbs now , with one dog ,as we speak game not about at times,i was cathing 400 some weeks dogs nets box traps within three seasons it went from 50 plus a nite to a dozen plus there were never enough money in selling rabbs back when they were plenty , if people spent more time grafting making a living instead of computers they would have less time writing story after story, after thirty odd years hunting poaching people evolve and move on its like some of youse are stuck in a time wa

youse want to grow up a bit and get a job or a better hobby as the dogs are winters sport ,all argueing over silly things in middle of summer ,its a thread about collie crosses or minshers not bricksters ,jimsters on whatever channel youse go on ,as for feeding dogs if im out for a big nite they get a small feed in morning never a full belly before i run them ,in winter ,this thread is sounding like the old nlrc meetings they had adoncaster legion 18 or more years ago ,a joke

i romany they dont take to kindly to people poaching over the border judges are always harsh if you travel to poach ,bit more leniant if your local , just the way it is all lords estats well was, not now ,more free now , in places, had a fair few run ins probaly more than the border fox , -
you think a man making a good few quid of vidoes dvds would be glad to give back a stolen dog ,but if he bought it on good faith then he is just buying a dog of a man, met the man at the welsh game fair he wasnt very relaxed with him self when we hit him with a few hunting questions , he had a hidden agenda ,wonga, but if thats his bizness well ,who am i to say these internets all like jumping on the band wagon be your own man and make your own life ,you seem to all like head hunting but most are not got the spine to do much about it

giro i no single handed had a minshaw him and joe i think , they got shot of it ,whatever the brick is i think he works his dogs for sure ,and is self made from graft like alot of us , but he has to learn or he probaly has ,that all dogs are not eqaul , and his way isnt everybodys way at times , and colie crosses are not all gifted with wind so you cant just expect them to run and run ,behind a jeep etc , giro had single handed up hunting here he had a ball and got an educaition on game and how they can out pace good dogs , his troy was or is a very good dog ,with no name tag or price tag a

driving stubbles or any land with dogs sure puts more game in the bags localy but can shorten a dogs working career, but keeps them super fit and in best of knick but as i says shortens there career unless you have a few dogs to rest etc ,been driving feilds since late eighties early ninties , thats why we changed to saluk crosses and not colie types not got the same runnng wind at times for feild after feild after hares etc,,diffrent running gaite etc ,youle not get a better way to keep your dog fit but no good for dogs without wind etc saw plenty jack or just not fit for that type of runni
