Discusting behavior steve, you should be throughly ashamed of yourself, there is no excuse, im not angry im just dissapointed, I will be having words when I come over, worst of all you let yourself down, sory just aint good enough, now go and have a long hard think about it and maybe have a word with yourself :-P .atb. .ste.
  2. Use a screwed up piece of tinfoil as a scraper and plenty of oil, put the oil on the day before scraping to loosen it up first .atb. .ste.
  3. I started at about 11 under the supervision of my cusin a whole two years older than me lol, through the broken picket fence that swung open to allow acess down onto the disused train track on the edge of our estate, we could walk for what seemed like miles whithout seeing anyone, a old supersport was the ticket of the day with iron sights, rats were the quary (big uns aswel ). Body shots ensured a hit then finished with a stick or my boot (dident know any better). When rats were few and far between, cans and bottles were our quarry, I enjoyed every minute of our outings. Also iv noticed lads

  10. Hey guys please excuse my ignorance, but I did not beleve some rabbits (with taulerema) can cause you harm, is that even if cooked properly at the proper temperature for the correct amount of time? I never realised, perhaps I have been a lucky lad not to become ill, I do wear latex gloves for gutting as I know as with any raw meat can make you ill. Also is taurelema common? .atb. .ste.
  11. Quality mate, well done .atb. .ste. Bet you cant wait to have a play with them
  12. As above they are all o.k to eat , You wil find tho rabbits with mixy usualy have very little to them and are skinny and therefore I dont bother, too mutch effort for little meat. Rabbit is nice cook it anyway you like, I cant reccomend it enough, I quite regurly take fryed rabbit and red onion sarnies to work with me .atb. .ste.
  13. Chill out steve you dont need to proove anything to anyone mate , I would imagine that a lot of people on here are great shots but dont speak of it Back to springers and pcps, I think springers are a great challenge and have provided me with some great sporting challenges a couple of years back when that is all I knew, then starting shooting again a few months back with a pcp that has won its place in my heart as a accurate recoiless, perhaps cold but effective pest controll tool, I enjoy shooting both, both are up to the job in the right hands and have fundimental differences that we ar
  14. Sory dident mean to say it was consistant, its just happend on occasions, its no regular occurance Altho its happening more and more with the 410 .atb. .ste.
  15. Me and steve have both taken bugz out to 45ish yds with my gamo cf-x .22, with original trigger that refuses to ever break in the same place twice, therfore I seem to have adapted to a quick pull of the trigger (bad technique) but it works for me, it will group to at 35yds with rws superdomes, I admit the trigger is a massive draw back but can be tamed, I have even considerd getting the grt trigger for it, also it has a horrible twang but that could be tuned out. I know gamo have a very bad rep, this one is most definatly useable tho imo, have you ever used a cheap rifle that has ever surprise
  16. There is already a pinned thread for posting pics of ur rifle, pop it in there .atb. .ste.

  18. Im using it as a good excuse to get away from mine for the weekend "Beer and shooting" when you say it like that it sounds like a bad combination, should have said "shooting followed by beer then more shooting", no wait that dont sound [bANNED TEXT] either, I give up and hopefully davy will keep his pants on lol, sory davy I should realy let you live that down, just not yet .atb. .ste. Edited to say since when has [bANNED TEXT] been [bANNED TEXT], for [bANNED TEXT] sake, its not my fault I cant [bANNED TEXT] spell! Rant over [bANNED TEXT]
  19. I love a good gun, spring or pre, any caliber as long as iv had a bit of practace with it and adjusted my shooting style accordingly, it dosent even have to be a top make as long as accuracy is there and 10ftlb + Just my two pence lol And no gun is worth hassle if it keeps being a pain in the backside get rid Just my opinion feel free to slam me on it. Guess what im saying is when times are hard I will make do with what I can afford. .atb. .ste.
  20. Hey aaron, I have to jump in here as I have witnessed steve take a clean headshot with a gamo underlever at 45yds, as im sure he has me, if steve says he has done nearly the same with his smk I am inclined to beleve him, but as you say mate seeing is beleving, I just happen to have saw it .atb. .ste.

  23. I have never had any insurance, am going to start with b.a.s.a, maybe upgrade to b.a.s.c on geting a sgc (hopefully). I am getting the insurance mainly because I am getting older and more sensible (contravene to popular belief) and hopefully add a little weight when seeking permission. Also its there should the wost happen 17.95 a year is not a lot for me and im broke, I think its cheap for having a security blanket when out shooting, if accidental damage did occur you probably wouldent face that mutch critisim having explaned the situation and being coverd (ofcourse immidiate p!ss taking w
