right ive been charging £50 thats gets you 15 traps in the ground and £25 each call after that until both partys agree the job is done ,if more than 15 traps are required a second 15 are charged at just £30 ,the bigger the job then i try and come to a deal with the customer thats saves them money ,this has been working fine for me but theres a few doing it for half that i just dont see how they can do it and make any money ? Thats a good way of doing it! I normally charge hourly for farms and domestics (local)£40 per head.

I live just along from Brighton and theres always been a healthy scooter scene there. Not my cup a tea mind! Just yesterday saw a lad striding a long the sea front, Parka ( not a fish tail) with a target on the back and "The Who" all over it, so you may have something there!

Not sure if the law is different up there, but in England they are a pest full stop! No mate, you need them out of the loft as they will do damage, big time. They are a non indiginous species and classified as a pest so they can be removed and should be destroyed. Set out 2no live traps and plenty of peanut butter.

Agree with whats been said already.Barrels and Traplines. Buy quality, Buy British you may get fewer but they will last you alot longer!

Mrk 6 fenns are passed for mink but the live trap is the better bet. My last mink job took 2 weeks to get the first and luckly we saw its mate so knew there was another! As posted it was about 4 days before we got that one. The best tip for mink i was given was bait with anything smelly and if you catch in one place leave the trap there to catch another. Their range can be miles so bear with it!

I use a piece of binder twine sticking out the ground! Anything else and my traps get nicked

How is that protecting the trap from non target species? I could crawl through that and i'm a fat Bast*%d. It falls right into the hands of "Ban Fenns" brigade.

I don't live in the sticks, i live in town and it seems that more than ever there is dog sh*t everywhere. I was walking behind a woman, well to do, with a Pointer, on a lead, that sh*t on the path just round the corner from where i live, she carries on walking not picking it up. I approached her and offered her a bag to pick it up and with a plumb in her mouth, denied it was her dog. I protested that i saw her dog do it and i would report her if she didn't pick it up. Finaly she relented and cleared it up. Now i know theres some who would say i am a grass, but my kids are a magnet to dog s

Not only your dog, but you backed off as well. Front it out chuck anything at it, get the nieghbours to do likewise and it soon get the message to be scarce around people. Next time you chase it and your terrier will soon join in, but please film it again.

I'm a pro petsie, we wouldn't trust anything else in our AA S200. We need to show our customers we are humane and efficient and often the client can shadow you on a job just to get confidence in your ability. So they need to drop first time. We do look at the quality first before they go in the mag, and we have had some deformed, not many though!
