Because most poeples standards and work ethics are substandard, within 2 generation it is easy to destroy 25 years worth of hard breeding. why would someone let people do that to their line. there are as many quality whites as there are quality balcks/reds etc, its just there isnt much quality of anything. with some caferful breeding, hard culling and LOTS of work you could have a satisfactory line of your own withing 15 years.

there are more shit balcks and fells being past about as workers these days, atleast most lines of white dogs that are shite are pretty much called pets or bushing types. there are good lines of whites and good lines of others, its just many dont have them or wouldnt know a good dog.
