  2. Out of all the pups I kept and raised over the years, this lads the best one year. Very affectionate, loyal and obedient. He loves been out and about in muck and water. He swims most days as well. Looking forward to next season with him. Atb j
  3. I have a 5.5 month first cross here, he's a complete nutter lol. He's into everything with no hesitation. My poor whippet bitch bid tormented by him wanting to play all the time. He's just as tall as her and twice as heavy. Atb j

  6. The is Pablo is that they made out that the Belgium shepherd was a large hunting hound. That's utter rubbish that they have printed, tying to blacken every man with a hunting dog. Atb j
  7. In all fairness you can't blame some famers for been trigger happy. For a lot of famers its not the loss of money, but the traumatic state their livestock is left in. Atb j
  8. Its just another tactic they will use to ban lamping, then all field sports with dogs. And if they ever did get a ban in place sheep worring and will still keep happing. Atb j

  10. Thats true bosun 11. 90 to 95 % of the sheep killers here are collies. Rarely does a working sheep dog turn killer but does happen. The ones that kill aren't used for work at all. Its one of the most sicking to find a field of sheep half torn apart. Atb j
  11. The most type around here that worries sheep are collies and labs. But in the last two years husky types are on the rise. Atb j
  12. I know from first hand experience what otsd like to loose sheep to dogs. The owner should be punished to the full measure of the law. Don't blame the famers been upset. Atb j
  13. It's happening every year. Why now all of a sudden are they trying to tie lamping and hunting into it. A lot of dogs that kill sheep are not working dogs at all. Atb j
  14. Some of the rigger boots they make today are nice and light. Water proof and warm as well. Could be better than wellies. Atb j

    Just checked one site here for rentals and it ranges from to 160 euros a day plus 27.50 a day for insurance. Also not sure can I take it abroad. Waiting for a reply. Atb j

  22. Sounds interesting leethdog. Would like to see one that constantly does the work. The ones I kepth the bitches were a good size for working but some of the dog's were to big. Atb j
  23. Thats them stonewall. Its about about 14 or 15 years since I had them. It was all rockenheart I kept bar one dog. Does he do any work with the deerhounds or they just for show. Atb j
