10 weeks off the smokes. Feel a lot better for it. Put up 2 stone in weight, but that's including the Xmas as well. Cravings gone after the first week. Stick with it lads . Atb j

They make a lovely soup, or if you flash fry them like squid they are gorgeous. Its either fast frying or slow boiling. Other wise they just end up rubbery and chewy. Atb j.
