    I broke my leg at knee joint nearly 18 months ago had plate n 7 screws in and took me good 6 month get back on my feet and still got a lot of pain quite regular now but I did no physio so I would do it as it may help healing faster

    Anyone watch bank of Dave last night? Started a bank in burley giving people 5% on savings and lending to local businesses and giving profits to local charities the people that be FSA got them shut stop taking savers cash because there wasn't enough risk to the public lol he won it though but these banks that have robbed us fixed the Livorno rate charge huge penalty fees and nothing is done to really affect them but because the banks local were losing loads of customers to him (he had a waiting list of 2 months for people to deposit money) he got shut down and it took a lot to get back trading

    He is one of the best at one liners I've ever heard even if they are scripted just seems to come out with loads each episode. One of the best ones I seen was where he did a repo on his mrs family without telling her and got pistol whipped lol a lot of it is either real footage though or very very good acting

    Seems to me society has stopped people from actually making there kids listen to them as the government are so much untwined in our lives through school etc that if worst comes to worst and you have to physically keep your kids in the house they go running to social services etc
