Hi mate. Similar situation as me just got my first lurcher after a long lay off. She's a 3/4 whip 1/4 beddy 8 weeks old and I can't wait to get her goin. I'm based in Exeter butgot a lot of permissionin north Devon , around combe martin, + my mate does a bit around Torrington. Bit to new back to it to give advice but I'll let you know how we get on. hope alls well with you thought I'd post to tell you i got me pup at last. she's 3/4 whip 1/4 beddy got her from parksie off this site. she's settled in well so far well pleased with her dont want to wish away her puppy time but cant wait to get goin now.

thanks for all the comments just gotta be patient now, not my best attribute:icon_redface: , cant wait to get her out . I'll have to go out with my mate and his dogs again wishing mine was out. Taking the jrt ratting next weekend she'll be fit as hell now after tearing round with the pup.

yeah i'm so crap on computers its taken me 3 hrs, lol. did she always come to life at midnight she's having a right tear around now. Yes they do, these lot were asleep until about 11 then came alive could've warned me mate think she's half vampire, lol. joking she's really good mate well chuffed cheers,

got my new pup at last 3/4 whip 1/4 beddy 7 weeks and already trying to beat up my jack russel.

it's definately better to get the kids out to many stuck in on computer games. All we done as kids was fish in the summer and lamping + ferreting in the winter. 5 mnths must be youngest ever though.

My boys 5 in sept hope to get him out a few times this coming season. We get our pup on thurs so have to go out with mates dogs till she's ready.
