    That's why if you know the law you can have the right answers and the right stuff in place! True. what about common ground, someone said it doesnt exist but on land registry in my village there is a huge area marked as common ground

    Those rules only apply to game bird protection then, so if you dig on farm land which has no game birds and no shoot, where would you stand then.

    Ok not a loop hole but permission must be granted i would assume? otherwise then would that not be seen as breaking the law?

    sorry im wrong The Hunting Act 2004 permits the use of no more than one terrier below ground at any one time "for the purpose of preventing or reducing serious damage to game birds or wild birds which a person is keeping or preserving for the purpose of their being shot". The Act also stipulates conditions about permission and the welfare of both the dog and the fox. This is sometimes referred to as "the gamekeeper's exemption", although the Act does not specify that the exemption only applies to gamekeepers.

    Well the wierdest thing just happened, my terrier pup run up to him playing and barking and he was all stunned then from no where he was bouncing and yapping with the pup, as soon as me or the missus move he stopped and cowered down, it seems as if he hasnt been allowed to play. he is sat fixated but too scared to join in.

    I have taken on a little whippet dog from a couple who also had a lurcher which was attacking him all the time, he is nearly 9 months old 19 tts and in extremely good health, fully vacs etc etc. My issue is that the previous owners used to scald him every time the older dog attacked him i witnessed this whilst there, they put him on a lead when near other dogs and rarely walked him due to work commitments and because he always chases squirrels rabbits and cats, so....... he is very timid and shy. He seemed reasonable when i got him but once home he has become very skittish, even more vocal

    and your point is ? i dont reck the land i dont mess with stock i close gates behind me. i always apolgise if i bump into anyone but if some f****r gives my dog 2 barrels it aint going down well. if you want to go were you shouldnt be there is always going to be a risk but a man who shoots a dog first and trys to reason second aint going to get no sympathy from me If there's no right of way through the field, you don't go in....simple!     He said he has worked it a couple of times but was only 13 months old so not done much, it was like a seriously bully bull cross just a shorter snout and slanty eyes lol.

    Was walking down the canal today and saw a monster of a lurcher, thick set,big bully head about 25/6 tts and a pair of balls like 2 wrecking balls entwined on a building site lol. I asked the guy the cross n he said mum pure grey and dad American bull x shar pei. Now come on lads I've seen some bull x's but has any one known of a cross like that!

    have you been to the vet? an intestinal blockage can cause diarrhea and death, internal damage from sharp objects like bones can cause infections this to me isnt an egg yoghurt and boiled chicken issue. go to the vet get the dog checked out.

    If a down and out goes bright house, buys a telly, a telly too big to fit through the front door and of coarse needs a sofa to sit on too oh and maybe an Xbox for whist he drinks his special brew, stops paying for it after a week, is taken to court and told he has to pay back a pound a week because he cannot afford to pay it, that guy would feel hard done by cos he is skint and has to pay a pound of his tax payers moneyfrom his benefit to pay for his big tv etc etc or even better, the very same down n out decides.. You know what I'm gonna rob this tax payers house get caught hire a solicitor
