i used to run hares on flinty land before the ban and seen some career ending injuries on it ,its really not worth it mate no matter what you do to your dog we tried everything and nothing worked . some heavy saturated saluki types done well but still got cut up pretty bad and my old deerhound x never got a bad cut in all the times i run him on there and he was a very fast type of runner ...

got a good book here which gives a little insitght into the SBS born hunter it dont go into to much detail but its a good read ... the problem with every tom ,dick and harry writing about the SAS most of which is full of shit as we all know is it ruined the whole secrecy of the regiment ... as for the SBS not much is writen on them which can only be a good thing .

lol mate about 4 years ago i jioned a gym lost 5 and a half stone in about 10 months best thing i ever done then stopped going and put a fair bit back on so im going to join back up next week ....its a heart attack waiting to happen as my dad keeps telling me lol it kills me running across fields when im not supposed to be there

been using mine to work 10 mile round trip my arse ,legs and back are killing me lol i didnt realise how unfit i was until i rode it . i use mine for the dog as well ...

its all too easy saying so and so could beat whoever but if he was only 19 then he was still learning i bet ... imagine if he was about now in his prime ,bet he would take some stopping imo... look at his hand speed very very fast with knockout power too ,some fighters have real quick hand speed some have real power but for someone who can knock people out without planting his feet like this kid did then i would say he woud take some beating in todays mma ..
