one thing, the police are out in force around newport today because of the threat to the NATO summit thats happening next week . its going to be a pain in the arse for 2 days roads blocked a bunch of unwashed tramps having roads closed so they can march through town. and with the news of a bigger threat in the news today it going to be worse ..

it definitely is max ,the bloke teaching us said he can do the course all 5 days in a day but has been told he must stretch out each course over one day ...so 5 days = more money for them ..he said he will earn about a grand this week doing the cpc course ..

if you want really good advice on a tropical setup the forum I said a few pages back is the only one I would use tbh ... real plants are my favourite part of keeping fish... when I had trops that is... just keep on top of them so they don't grow out of hand ...though you may have to go down the co2 route which is more cash again ....

neon tetras are so inbred that they are genetically weak so are not the type they once were .. I wouldn't use any fish for cycling a tank ,use ammonia and get a good testing kit API are about the best .. what size is your boys tank it will determine the fish you can keep .?

the tannings wont hurt the fish mate, personely I think they look good, real natural looking you can hold it down with some stones or and it will leach out and you can remove the tannings with water changes ... or just fill a big bucket with water and leave them just tip water out everyday ... if you join tropical fish forums uk they will tell you anything you need to know ..

I had to move my brother in laws burger van a few years back when reversing it into the yard I was there for about 1 1/2 hours lol ended up unhitching it and pushed kicked and sceamed it into place :D he was looking at the scratches saying what the f**k have you done ...never asked me again mind :D

Jonah my reversing is shocking even in a car :D but I dont mind the hours.. and the traffic is ok im pretty paitent with other drivers :whistling:

no probs mate im sure we will catch up at the next comp .. anyone who drives 3/12 upwards must have a cpc from 9 September ... the instructor said even if you have a disco which is towing another heavy type 4x4 which goes over 3/12 ton will need one too ... and vosa are out for blood come sept 9 ..should be fun we always get pulled over ...been pulled twice in a day ...

didn't know there was a difference tbh mate a few from work are doing it now the most boring thing I have ever done and I still got 4 days left .
