I've gotta pup that is 4 months old now it's retrievein is perfect with caves dummy but now I've changed to a rabbit skin dummy it is totally different ballgame it is just wants play and piss arss about so I've gone back to the canvas dummy for now thinking that it's to young for the fur one . Is this the right thing to do or would you stick with the rabbit skin one and persevere?

I think that's only way to get half decent one is to get import because the one iv seen that have been bread in this country are puer shit the begal cross teckels make good ones they seem to have a bit more go about them if you know what I mean I just think the price tag on them is a disgrace just because they are a novelty breed ?

Just out interest how much is your mate wanting for a pup ? Is he breeding them them for the love of hunting or for the love of money ? Most people I know who work dogs don't sell pups they are gifted to people or sold for little value to cover costs
