If you were to put me above your head your head, it wouldn't be a deadlift, it'd be a snatch or a clean and jerk. Why do you think I'm flabby? Lol. I've trained all my life, and you know a while back when you were claiming that you'd deadlift 200kg, I was deadlifting 240kg for 3 reps 25 years ago lol. Just thought I'd drop that in. Everyone says that, but I find the weight and balance fine for me ? But, I average around 16 -17 stone. Was only 14 1/2 a few years ago, when I was still recovering from a major accident nearly 20 years ago. Went down to just under 9 stone whilst I was in hospital. Looooong story, so won't go into it. But my weight and strength is steadily creeping back up now ?
