    Doctors?

Thank you lads, much appreciated ? And to be honest, the last few years has been getting a little easier, as I learn to adapt, and learn new coping strategies ?. Right, enough of that nonsense, let's get back to normal lol

    Doctors?

Mirtazapine, mate. Anti depressant. But does make you drowsy. Been on them for the last 14 years. Been on ALL the anti depressants AND sleeping tablets that are out there, for the last 21 years, after a near fatal accident. Fractured skull, some brain damage, broken clavicle, fractured scapular, broken ribs, fractured cheek bone, punctured lung, some broken bones in left leg, some damage to a few vertebrae/spine. In a coma for 5 weeks. And when I came around, was unable to even just about move, without being in absolute agony! HONESTLY MAX, I KNOW WHAT PAIN IN THE SPINE IS!! Lol.

He could use almonds instead. Well, doesn't have to be nuts even. Plenty of healthy options out there. ?

@Greb147 Go back to dytkos post mate. Foods with good levels of potassium and magnesium in, along with a host of other excellent vitamins and minerals to help you sleep. Bananas Walnuts Almonds Pumkin seeds Honey Several other sources of it, but they should all help you sleep better. Assuming that is, that there are no other underlying health problems. You might want to seek a doctor's advice about anxiety and/or depression. Not saying you've got either, but you really would be surprised at the amount of people that do actually have it, without e

Greb, get your stress levels down. You WILL sleep better.
  7. Is there a certain river right next to that d c? Lol
  8. ? made me laugh that lol. But definitely does help. @Blackmag I've had ALL treatments on my back, including accupuncture and accupressure. Chiroptactor, osteopath etc etc, after a near fatal accident 21 years ago. Best thing, for me, was definitely chiropractor, who 'should' give you a good stretching and flexibility programme to follow, to be performed a couple of times per day. Maybe not available for many people, but I only live a couple of miles from the university of wales, where I had my treatment, and they also have their own 'rehabilitation' gym, and you do a programme of specif
  9. My exact thoughs mate lol. Can't beat a nice whippet ?
  10. Aah, it's a shame they've got to get old mate. I love the little beggars lol. Only this saturday my eldest lad picked up a new whippet pup. ?
  11. Is that a whippet I see, loitering with intent? Lol
  12. Nah, didn't forget any mate, just reminding people that terrorism's been going on in britain and ireland long before the modern influx of muslims etc started arriving here. ?
  13. Utlita, fd. Been with them over 4 years now. No problems whatsoever, online, phone, whatever. ?
  14. The mrs' midwife, and trainee midwife, have just left us 5 mins ago. Saying almost exactly what's been said in the above posts, re how many of us have probably already had it without knowing f**k all about it. No- one knows how quickly the virus can keep mutating, and the vax doesn't stop you from catching it or spreading it! The midwife had her 1st jab december 16, 2nd one was to be 3 weeks later, which now, for some 'unknown reason', her words, has to be given 12 weeks later?! Vax not to be given to under 16 year olds, or pregnant women. They don't know, hospitals etc don'
  15. Not my bitch mate, you'd have to ask fred90 ?
  16. Bit harsh stiffy, me and the youngest lad have had a great couple of weeks mastering some of his xbox games ?. I get your point mind, but he's just turned 13, so he knows everything anyway lol ??
  17. I've not said one thing about your mrs or kids max, I wouldn't lower myself to that level, ever, no matter how much I disagree with you over certain subjects. And to be honest, I actually think you've been pretty spot on with all this covid nonsense, the last few weeks especially. I've got no agender at all.
  18. I don't think most people on here, especially in this sort of thread, concerning family and kids, especially those with certain medical conditions, would find what you wrote, even remotely amusing.
  19. @Greb147 By the way, king isn't my mate. I dislike everyone on here almost equally ?
  20. Light hearted banter, suggesting what you did?! I don't see f**k all funny about that.
