Feb 2022 at earliest, and no more talks about it it until current opponents, ie wilder and usyk, are overcome. And I'm still saying, like I have for about 3 years, fury joshua will never happen. Fury will retire before he has to fight joshua.

Not to me. It read exactly as he put it, and I didn't think he intended breeding her after one season. Just took it as he wrote it, and that was exactly correct as he put it, she'd be ok to breed, as in 'able to mate'. And as he says, he's still got a bit to learn, unlike 90% of the experts on here. ?

Was going to say stick with it greb. Whole body workouts are more effective/efficient than using split routines. You could try alternating a couple of different whole body routines, using just 3 - 4 exercises per workout. I found that better, personally, as I wasn't just doing exactly the same exercises week after week.
