    I'm 57, BUT, the thing is, until we got him registered etc, I thought I was already 58!! Then when we were looking through birth certificates etc, I was born in 1964, so I'm about two years younger than I thought!! ? ?

    Nah, not yet blacky. Got a few things going on yet, for a couple of years. Then I might get a whippet, to take out mooching with the youngest, for a few years. ? ? Or, as terryd said last week, just a smallish rabbiting/mooching type of lurcher. Aint looking for much else really. ?

    Lol you've a couple of 'maladies' similar to myself. No too far off my age as well lol. I've had to practically stop all of my hunting related activities. Still have the odd night out with my son, when my 'conditions' allow, but few and far between. Only twice last season, but it's nice getting out there. Also got a new baby boy, nearly 15 months old now, so have had to get my priorities in order lol. So, have put getting 'any' dog to the back of my mind for a while. ?

    Neal, I know you obviously like your pastoral types, but given the fact you're not too bothered if your dogs actually make a catch/kill, but when they do 'it's a bonus, wouldn't something with a bit of terrier in make more sense when they do make a catch? I know a lot of terrier blooded dogs can be a bit intense, but plenty aren't, and will maybe give you what you're after. Unless you're totally against terrier crosses!! Lol. Just thinking a tad 'outside the box' lol. ?

    And of course, alvarez will fight golovkin, who definitely beat alvarez in the 1st fight and drew in the 2nd fight, after all golovkin is a career middleweight, but he did beat alvarez. Again, all this boxing 'politics' Bullshit is the main reason that I am now just a 'casual' fan of the sport. And yes, Benavidez was a tad 'flattered' in the lemieux fight, but he's too big, too strong and too fast for alvarez.

    Basically, without delving into all the ins and outs of all this veganism shite, this is what I was saying yesterday. We are NOT meant to be vegans, which is simply a 'diet choice'.

    Do a bit of research as to what nutrients humans NEED, not just through 'diet choice'. Not being intentionly obtuse, but I can't be bothered to look up vegan diet links, at the moment. Just to add, if veganism is that healthy for anyone, why is there a huge market for supplements, for vegans to add the essential vitamins, minerals, fats and proteins to their diets, which are lacking in plants?

    Francie is correct, the human brain needs certain fats, vitamins and minerals that eating only a plant based diet does NOT provide.

    Francie, alvarez has 'gone vegan' before a few of his fights. How strict with it he was, I don't know. But the bivol fight wasn't the 1st.

    I don't think alvarez wants anything to do with benavidez. Hasen't for a couple of years. He was outboxed by bivol a couple of weeks back. I don't think he'd fancy an even bigger slapping. Benavidez is superbly quick, and has real power to go with it. And, as was said after the lemieux fight, he's only getting better.
