On the contrary, Magoo. The fights I do watch these days, I actually 'watch'. Don't know how half the fury fans, and even some other boxers, rate fury as highly as they do. I think you, like a lot of others, are just jumping on the fury 'glory bandwaggon'. He really isn't very good.

I get what you're saying, but that's the nature of the beast, francie. You'll always get people 'ranking', for want of a better term, today's boxers and comparing them to those of yesteryear. And yeah, I agree with you, anyone that steps through the ropes, even for a good sparring session, let alone a world title fight, deserves a bit of respect. ?

Francie, there's a few more than just one or two on here, that have actually boxed. And, same as you with your religious beliefs etc, everyone on here is allowed an opinion on things. And seeing as we are all discussing today's heavyweights, several members on here, myself included, have the opinion that today's heavyweights are pretty poor, fairly good at best, but certainly NOT absolute world class.
