    Bird, there's only one track still racing greyhounds in Wales, the valley stadium in Ystrad Mynach, caerphilly. Owned and raced greyhounds, over the years. Still prefer whippets, especially nowadays ?

    When my youngest lad is a few years older, he'll be 2 in March, I can very well see me getting another whippet. Too old for a 'powerhouse' type lurcher now, with all the 'commitment' that goes with them. Yep, a nice, smallish, easily looked after, gentle, easy to deal with WHIPPET!! Could well be just the job.
