    Used to soak my feet in cold water topped up with ice cubes, for about 30 mins, after a hard/gruelling day/night's trecking, Mack. Never had a foot spa or any of the stuff you've mentioned about your feet recently. My feet are still 99% sound. And I'm racking up the years.

    Only time I've ever seen chipmunks, was at the Welsh hawking centre, Barry, South Wales, about 12-15ish years ago. They had a few pairs in a couple of enclosures. Couldn't believe the speed and agility on them. Make grey squirrels look a tad geriatric.
