It's not that I can't afford it mate its the fact they won't even give me the mortgage.

The only problem is, Lab is a sentimental git. And who can blame him? It was his grandad's home and obviously he loves it there, plus he runs the game farm from the site. It would be a bigger ball ache to move elsewhere... Good luck anyway Lab you ginger prick he's not that sentimental he wanted to cut the apple tree down...... Pmsl.... Actually I wanted to move it. But your right I'd cut the b*****d down in a heartbeat unless the financial advisor has a love of apples.. Lol

I see where SS is coming from and under different circumstances I would do exactly that. There are other factors involved which means my heart lies up there and obviously the business. I wouldn't go under just for sentiment though...but I'll give it everything ive got to stay there.

Nothing would suit me better moving from the RBS mate....i hate being taken for a mug. They've no interest in helping me, only themselves. I have a number to phone on Monday so should no more by then......If i cant get it sorted to be a the sole owner then my next move will be my Dad...... All of us on here could chip in a tenner. You could pay it back c/w a reasonable 'interest' attached in a few years time. We could then all own a wee bit o Fife briefly. .....Aye, if only.... I shouldn't panic really....i wont loose it, i'm determined of that. Just a worry i'd rather not have..J

Twat! Next time I come up to Aberdeen I'll stop off and you can have a go at swinging me round by a rucksack if you want! Get someone to video it though, it'd be funny to watch you try it with an angry, 15 stone, bearded Welsh dwarf! Met my mrs in a pub BTW!I'll video it.....if i contain my laughter. 2 fat puddings going at it hammer an tongs. Am sure THL members would love to see that..... hey, I'm not fat I'm what you might call 'heavily set!' ......No doubt RM will be on too same similar. But unless he had 18 jerseys on the day i saw him i'm going with fat......

that's more like it, I knew you'd see I was doing the kid a favour I can sympathise with this kid...was the same when i joined the site. Still the same 2 wankers dishing it out..... I can mind noising you up, you were an easy target then. Never heard of the thing you mention, will keep it in mind though........ i was in the same position mate,went to the bank with my accounts,they said they could lend me 10,000 mortgage ....i already had one for ,000 from a independant advisor.....but a mate of mine does morgage advise and it was hin who said the buy to let.....u must get an independant guy asap mate Yeah it looks that way mate....which annoys me cause they'll be wanting there cut. Its non of my business Kay but would he not be entitled to half if he wanted to get funny ? Is that what Kay ment by "so i left it". Canny see that being possible. Although i'm still on talking terms with my ex at some point she will want another mortgage and she wont get it. And thats the other thing, could be 10 years down the line and she would want half.?

lab i havent trained seriously in a few years now but come back on when your benching 200kg for 6 reps without breaking your ribs or having your spotter lift it for you ;0)
