    No mate , there`s plenty avaliable . Also plenty of people out just to make money from it so look carefully where you go . Adam , yes i see your point buddy , but i think the BSA`s have kinda made a mistake in letting the `blueprint ` reputation become almost legenday , no matter how you look at it , if your rifle needs x amount spent on it to get the parts within certain tollerances , then someone somewhere isnt doing their job right mate.

    Thats the thing with Rapids though Adam , you can make them exactly how you want them , or leave well alone . The `tweeks and mods ` are mostly personal preference though mate .

    Lookin great Adam mate . Not a fan of camo meself , i like to see a nice bit of wood , and there`s some beautiful grain in that mate .

    the only thing about these ( i got rid of mine ) is there are a bugger in certain light . I would always have to shield mine against sunlight , bright or not , and it just bevame a pain in the arse . A combro is just as good IMHO , just for a quick power check , just dont fall into the trap of doing string after string , you'll become obsessed and just cast doubt on your abilities .

    And to be fair , that google link does lead to the manufactures website , i believe that it links to the manual for the F1 chrony .. I sorry if its caused offence , but its a bit of banter , with a genuine link thrown in for good measure .

    And some never take advise when its offered . The idea of the o ring is to stop the pellet falling through , not to hold it . The only 'mods' worth doing to that mag , are a coil off the spring and drill through the casing of the mag , on the last couple of pellets that are visable when its on the gun , so as it indexes round ( very smoothly with a coil off ) you will see daylight through the holes hou drilled and know when your down to your last pellet .

    Sorry Darryl , i quite agree that off the shelf they are very good , and Nutshots are made specifically to each barrel , ie custom made . That would be the difference . Just latley they've been going for up to £300 on ebay , buy thats only geniune ones , and theirs lots of copys about . The only was to be sure is to get Nutty to make you one, but that'll never happen , he only makes them for friends .

    Perfect examle . I shoot reasonably , and ive shot for a few years now , i consider my self a decent shot , nothing more nothing less . I have a favorite rifle , my MFR , it has character by the bucket load , and its does all i can ask of it . If it does`nt perform , then 99% ofthe time its down to me . I dont shoot HFT like most of you springer guys , i hunt . Thats all , now and again you may find me at a range , or club , but thats only for my own benefit , to sight in and get an idea of where im at at differing ranges , ie , everydays a school day .     Some good reply`s guys .To be fair im a little let down by some the comments ive recieved , as i feel its being taken the wrong way .The sly snipes people have aimed towards me are like water off a ducks back , if your seriously bothered by this , well shame on you . This was never intended to try to drive a wedge between the to but to give a serious and educated look at why spring rifles are making a comeback . Its clear there are pro`s and con`s for both , enjoyment wise it seems the springer is top , and serious pesting being taken by the pcp`s .
