Hmmmm. Sort of understand what you're saying...but totally disagree with you. I have only ever bred 3 litters and each pup was spoken for before they were born. I made it my business to ensure I had good homes for at least 12/13 pups before I even contemplated lining my bitch. I would feel incredibly uncomfortable 'culling' strong, healthy pups just because I hadn't got off my arse and done the groundwork in ensuring the pups all had homes to go to BEFORE conception took place. Similarly with failed workers....unless there's some hideous trait in the dog's character that makes her a danger,

seems to be that way, folk have gone soft, instead of work em hard + cull em hard . it has become work em at weekends and breed from the failures as well as the workers.

ive gutted hundreds of rabbits, very easy to do, skinning thems not that hard either, i still cant do a tidy job of skinning them but thats cos i rarely do anything with the skin other than give it to pups to play with. i gutted skinned and butchered 2 goats the other day, had to relie on the internet for step by step butchering techniques, good job no-one seen the untidy job i made of it.

i agree with most that you said, but i believe they are breeding in some areas of the uk and that the reason there are less sightings is because the vast majority of people in the uk are so urbanised, fat, drunken or lazy that they spend less time in the countryside than they would have in the 's, 90's sad thing is its my generation that is this way. these days its a case of why walk when you can drive, why go hunting when you can go drinking, worlds gone to f**k.

most likely someones collie or lab x gone hunting, couldve been a cat though. i seen a big black cat close up one night in rutland england and i was feckin prickin myself. had a hard job holding my nerve, was about 10ft away, stopped to look at me then jumped the 7/8ft fence into the grounds of the hotel i had come from. Hicuup.... :alcoholic: i was sober. and before ye add, no i wasnt on drugs.
