ive no fear of cattle in general, my brother in law has a farm with pedigree charolais, sheep and bullocks and ive spent the last few years helping feed them, clean out sheds, assisting with de-horning, have a basic knowledge of useing a calving jack, bottle feeding calves etc etc. i would only be particularly cautious if the was a strange/new bull in the field or a bull was in a field/pen on his own or a cow had recently calved (can be very dangerous) and im cautious of limousin cattle especially crossbreds (highly strung) and any cattle that havent been dehorned for obvious reasons. fortunat
