    it could be possible that your bitch is a hermaphrodite;- does she have enlarged genitalia? and be of a masculine type or she could be having silent seasons, try running her with a male;- you could strike lucky! or another possibility esp if her parents were older or linebred/inbred is that she was born without a uterus or ovaries you may be able to find a bitch from the same breeding if you want to keep her strain. hope this is of use. gem.

    dont give up hope of finding them, check with friends;- they might have pics somewhere with dogs in background or at a gamefair! without pic of ur dogs it becomes harder to find them again! and harder to prove they are yours if you do find them! only last sept/oct siberian huskys were found at ballinasloe horse fair for sale, they had been stolen in uk!

    also illegal, ownership of cockfighting equipment or paraphanallia is illegal in UK if caught in possesion of them, you will be taken to court, and charged with offences relating to cockfighting and probably have all of your game fowl seized, be nice to have if you live in france/pakistan/india or any other country where cockfighting is legal

    im breeding to either polecat or sandy, the silver came out of rew parents and the rest of litter was rew so as long as i dont breed her to a hob with any silver in his known ancestry i shouldnt have too many problems, its pot luck if she throws silver! i understand where your coming from though, i have similar problems with my border collies with merles (mate 2 merles=disaster;-deaf/blind or brain dammaged pups) and phantom merles like australian reds/ee reds colour genetics is a minefield! gem

    ive an 8yr old parson russel bitch- pandora; great for working with the ferrets and lurcher, useless on her own but she did start working quite late in life, her first rabbit kill was 3yrs ago i also have old strain line bred nuttal patterdale dog 4yrs- mick; killing machine and ive got a 3mth border terrier x pup - ripley and a 20mth chocolate bull lurcher bitch, havent had her long and shes still learning the lamp, making progress though ive also 3 working border collies! a close friend of mine line breeds old nuttal lines, we are still looking for a old nuttal bitch pup

    cant say anything bad about lakelands but a top class old breeding nuttal patterdale is a very hard dog to beat, has the looks, the determination and in my opinion the gutsiest, gamest terrier ever created
