  1. Just tell them that your going down for murder / armed robbery so won't be needing the connection. Shouldn't argue with you.
  2. Oh to be a smack dealer... FTB I know mate, i feel for you, you start turning tricks and everyone just 'assumes' your a druggy. My heart goes out to you.
  3. To a low standard - easiest are lurchers. To a medium standard - easiest are gundogs. To a high standard, both are probably as hard as the other, but a gundog probably pips it, especially when it comes to field trailing.
  4. is that the one with the colliexs on that when the fox turns they let go and soon as it moves again grab hold two dogs circling a fox ha ha ha ha f**king classic the only good thing that film shows is they have good noses but no balls ha ha ha ks Different dogs do things differently, as long as the fox ends up dead, it doesn't really matter if the dog goes for a better hold, rather than ragging it about by the arse. it even puts it in slow motion just incase you miss how ha ha good they are they have good noses i agree and they cover some ground but when they catch it well dont know
  5. best way to improve taste a rabbit is to feed to dogs an ferrets an eat summat else
  6. It's just light coloring mate, i got a few that range from very faint to dark as f**k proper zoro masks
  7. No f*****g clue mate, but could it be to do with soaking them in salty water overnight to make them taste better?
  8. Hahaha. Did he pick one in the end mate?
  9. Here's hoping on those pups then mate, you never know what you might get.
  10. I find that a lot mate, they come up hard for the top dropper, decide against it, turn back down and snap the point fly as they go past it.
  11. Pups are doing good so far. Stitch died last night in his sleep. Glad we were able to get a few litters off of him. Glad the pups are going ok, looking forward to seeing them do their thing. Sad news about stitch, how old did he make? Sure the old lad is pulling over yotes somewhere in the afterlife. R.I.P
  12. Meant to say the 'fungusy' taste and smell makes some sick. And if you under cook it you can get a bit sick to. And i think some folk are just sick. But you can cook it like chicken, cooks up like a flaky white meat. Cook it with risotto or curry, or any chicken dish to add an extra bit of taste. Or fry it up in butter with garlic and shallots as a side dish.
  13. You should pick it when it's young and tender as the older ones can get woody and sour tasting. And don't eat ones you find on conifers or eucalyptus. O yer and don't tear it off the tree, cut some off, cos if you tear it you will damage the mycelium and might not get a re-growth.
  14. If i was looking for a half x beddy whip, i would ALWAYS go for a pup bred out of two working half x's, rather than a first x, as your relying a lot more on the beddy parent being a worker, which is tough.
  15. Certainly not at 11 months old? What makes you think this is even an idea worth considering? Give her four or five seasons hard graft, see how she turns out and maybe then you could think again eh? I'd love to see the dog that can live for 4 or 5 seasons of "hard graft". It must be a language barrier or something cuz I doubt if this dog exists and if it does its as rare as rockin horse shit. Depends what your grafting at don't it. Seasons are just a number anyhow, one man has a dog he takes out twice a week for 4 seasons, and another takes his out 6 times a week for 2 se
  16. Unless you like wearing your bollocks as earings I suggest you shut the f**k up ...... clearly you dont do joined up thinking so i will on this occasion let you off with the verbal kicking    You f*****g tell him Kay. :notworthy: :notworthy:

  18. Just read ur post properly, you were at caerphilly? did you have a dog with you? I thought i saw you at one point but figured it was a bit far for you.
  19. Do you mean dai? Cos if so, that ummmmmm narrows it down a bit
  20. I got a good one here, Aya 26", 12 G.
  21. Moaning again I see......... Just about to ask you if I put two ferrets down a den would they bolt a fox, or would I have to get 3?......... lol Simple mate, depends on the ferret. To bolt a fox you need either - 1 E.U polecat. 2 Black eyed whites. 1 Black eyed white and half a silver. 2/3 of a greyhound. or 64 micros. But frankly, if the fox got as far as bolting, i'd knock the ferrets on the head and get yourself a badger, f*****g animals they are mate.
  22. hey mate just read dog was at vet.nothing to serious i hope. Was going to PM you, but ur full. So this is what i was going to send. Alright mate - yesterday was a bit of a bad day. Went out for a walk with dogs, first rabbit got up, i skitched the pup into it, and he hit some metal sheeting in the cover, ripped all the skin and muscle off the inside of his back leg, to the bone. Carried him off the mountain covered in blood, tears in my eyes. Got him straight to the emergency vet. I didn't think he'd run again, was sure the ligament and tendons were shot, there just wasn't much left
  23. I did notice my 'warn' status went up a little yesterday. Any fly will do, as long as it's small enough to stick through a trout pellet.
  24. Dogs laid up just back from the vets so i'm not leaving the hoose today, so someone's gonna get it! I'm just waiting for the air rifle lads to get back in from their 'scout sniper missions' against the local wildlife, or someone to mention under sized ferrets, or feeding dry.. . . . then it's game on
